Plans change — here's how cancellations work on FurnishHub.

Before dispatch

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but it may be returned under our Refund Policy.

Installation bookings

You may cancel an installation booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full installation-fee refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel your order (for example, due to a stock or pricing error), you'll receive a full refund and an explanation.
